Hi I’m Tony. I am a F&B Consultant and the creator of Hospitality in Golf.

With 15 years of experience running award-winning hospitality venues and a lifelong love for golf, I’m combining my expertise in both areas. My mission is to help golf clubs thrive through proven systems, team empowerment, and guest-focused strategies.

For over 20 years Hospitality and Golf have been my two greatest passions.

For the last 20 years I have worked in the hospitality industry. From cocktail bartending whilst studying at University to winning a global title in Las Vegas, I found an industry that brought me to life and ignited a passion for quality service and personal improvement.

For the last 10 years I have worked with independent venues and created a nationally award-winning burger business. I have focused my career on understanding what these businesses need to empower their teams, delight their guests, and establish sustainable systems.

That is why I created Hospitality in Golf: to combine my two great passions: hospitality and golf. Having spent over 15 years managing award-winning restaurants, cocktail bars, and food and beverage

operations, I understand the challenges golf clubs face in delivering a seamless guest experience while maintaining profitability.

As a competitive golfer and current Captain of Kent Golf, I bring a unique perspective to club culture and operations. This insight allows me to craft tailored solutions that enhance the guest experience and improve financial performance.

Recognising that every golf club is unique, I approach each one with a bespoke philosophy. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions—only strategies that respect your club’s identity, address its challenges, and help achieve its goals.
